The program is supported by a set of rotational assignments, intensive training and mentoring, that provides unparalleled networking opportunities with our senior most leaders in the organization and provides a learning experience that is unique to this program.

How it works?

Students from premier Business Schools in the country are selected for the Nielsen Emerging Leaders Program under various profiles. These talented graduates undergo an 18 month rotational program to allow learning and exploration, augmented with hands-on practical work experience through project assignments. In this time period they gain invaluable work experience that spans across functions enabling them to choose the stream they want to pursue at the end of the program.
