CampusTrack - B school

CampusTrack - B school is an annual tracking study of perceptions about recruiting companies among the students of India’s top 20 Business schools. The study helps companies strategize for better, more focused recruitment. The findings also provide companies an overall Image Ranking based on key parameters, the importance of these parameters and an Image Strength Character analysis. These inputs form the basis for arriving at the ‘goodwill’ enjoyed by individual companies and provides HR professionals the direction needed to attract the best talent to their organization.

The survey is conducted in Business schools and covers over 1,000 students and 40 institutions. The latest report is available for November 2009.

CampusTrack - T school

Similar to the B-school track above, CampusTrack - T school is an annual tracking study of perceptions about recruiting companies among the students of India’s top 20 Engineering colleges. The study helps companies strategize for better, more focused recruitment. The findings also provide companies an overall Image Ranking based on key parameters, the importance of these parameters and an Image Strength Character analysis. The study provides customized direction to employers on how to attract the best talent for their organization.

The survey is conducted amongst Engineering and Management students and covers over 3,500 students and 140 institutions. The latest report is expected in July 2010.
